Welcome to our Franchise
Here at Playball we believe our action-packed programme of weekly sport and physical activities will inspire and enrich your child. Our objective is to share our passion for being active and ensure your child enjoys every minute of physical activity through a range of sports.These include; mini games of tennis, hockey, cricket, rugby, football, basketball, baseball and volleyball. Our curriculum, aimed at 2 to 8 year olds, has been researched and designed by occupational therapist, sports scientist, teachers and parents and is tailor-made to cater for children of every ability.
Playball will help your child to:
- Gain confidence and independence.-
- Improve their stability and balance, helping their motor development.
- Learn the importance of forming good relationships and working as part of a team.
- Understand the importance of an active lifestyle.
- Develop resilience, and a positive attitude to both winning and losing.
Our Early Years Sports Development programme is used in over 3000 schools around the world, with tried and tested methods that have been used for over 28 years. I joined as a Playball coach in 2019! Having previously worked in sport and having three children of my own, all of whom have completed the Playball programme, I really understand the milestones that each child should be achieving. Come along and try one of my classes, I promise the kids will have so much fun, they don't even realise they are learning! |

Hi guys, my name is Harry Owens and I’m very excited to be joining Playball. I am currently studying Sport Science at St Mary’s University in Twickenham. I have always been passionate about sport and played football for many years. I also spent my gap year working as a PE teacher at Reigate St Mary’s and have previously completed my Level 1 coaching badge in football, and so I want to share my knowledge and understanding of a range of sports. Achieving a diploma within sports science and becoming a qualified FA official has given me great awareness into a child’s development and safety. Hello everyone!! My name is Martin Burt and I’m the newest member of the team! I'm really looking forward to joining the team and getting going. I’m originally from the Winchester area in Hampshire and I am a LTA licensed tennis coach and have been for the past 9 years. My passion is sport - all sports from football to tennis and basketball. In my spare time I’m watching sport or going to sporting events when I can. Can’t wait to see and meet you all! |

Hi everyone, my name is Holly. I am so excited to be joining the Playball team. I recently received a sporting qualification from college and have always had a strong passion for sports. I have played football from as young as I can remember; playing for AFC Wimbledon, Carshalton and also training with Chelsea coaches which I learnt so much from. I hope to help your children achieve lots and have the same passion for sports as I had growing up. I can’t wait to meet you all and have loads of fun! |

I also have a lot of experience working with children, working for different companies including sport and dance. Our Classes
The Playball program follows a holistic approach and offers learning opportunities and experiences relating to the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of the child. Playball takes advantage of developmental windows of opportunity by providing a wide range of suitable movement skills and physical activities in a safe and secure environment - perfect for optimal learning!
At Playball, we help children develop fundamental building blocks of sport, agility balance and coordination, as well as the three key elements of physical fitness - endurance, strength and flexibility.

Our Camps
Playball holiday camps are tailored to meet the needs of younger children and are based on the fundamental sport skills for tennis, hockey, cricket, golf, football, rugby, basketball, football, volleyball - just about any ball sport you can imagine!The purpose of our Playball holiday camps is to provide high quality, age-appropriate and fun holiday activities for children aged 3-9 years.

Parties
Playball Birthday Parties- making your child's special day an active one to remember!We offer:
- An hour of fun games and activities specific to the theme of the party
- A treasure hunt
- Party bags
- A stress free party
Itinerary:
1 hour of Playball Games and skills with the coaches
30 minute break for food and birthday cake with parents
30 minute treasure hunt
Please note venue hire, food and invitations are not included.
Cost: The price of a party is determined by the number of children attending:
- up to 10: £175
- up to 20: £225
- up to 30: £275

Schools
We offer our Playball programme in all schools and nurseries with children up to 8 years. With sessions running in school hours as lunch time clubs or as part of the PE curriculum, we also offer sessions after school hours.
