Coach Tania recently founded Playball Auckland CBD after she fell in love with the program while working full-time as head coach. Based in central Auckland we cover suburbs from Mt Albert, Point Chevalier, Westmere, Grey Lynn, Ponsonby, Herne Bay, CBD. We also have a couple of classes in Onehunga, Three Kings and Avondale.Our Playball Auckland CBD coaches have a real passion for child development, striving to develop the whole child through using sport as a vessel. We make fantastic relationships with the children we coach and look forward to going to work every day. Come and have some fun with us!

He recently completed his Bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation, specialising in management, and is currently pursuing his Masters. His dedication to coaching and fostering all-round growth in students aligns perfectly with the values and methodology at Playball. Ngametua Ewen
Coach Ngametua has recently returned back to Playball after working 5 years as a Playball coach a few years ago! Her enthusiasm and bubbly nature makes her a hit with the kids. Her passion about health, fitness, and wellbeing means she has a ton of experience in the health sector, working as a personal trainer, a coach, gymnastics instructor and more throughout the years. With two kids of her own, she builds great connections with our children. Coach Nga is a great asset to our team! |

Our Classes
The Playball program follows a holistic approach and offers learning opportunities and experiences relating to the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of the child. Playball takes advantage of developmental windows of opportunity by providing a wide range of suitable movement skills and physical activities in a safe and secure environment - perfect for optimal learning!
At Playball, we help children develop fundamental building blocks of sport, agility balance and coordination, as well as the three key elements of physical fitness - endurance, strength and flexibility.

Our Camps
Playball Auckland CBD occasionally runs holiday programmes.Children are kept busy in an interactive learning environment during our holiday programmes. Practicing sport & movement while having fun with our specialised Playball coaches! Each day focuses on a different sport skill mixed with a variety of different games and activities.
The purpose of our Playball holiday programme is to provide high quality, age-appropriate and fun holiday activities for children aged 4-6 years.

🏑 We are thrilled to announce that Playball Auckland CBD will be running another exciting Playball Holiday Programme from the 10th to the 13th of July 2023! Enrolments are now OPEN, but spaces are extremely limited. Act fast to secure a spot for your child and ensure they don't miss out!
