Coach Derek has over 20 years of experience coaching kids of all ages in a variety of sports. Coach Derek has had a passion working with kids since he was in high school and continued his coaching into college working with Special Olympics, Boys and girls club, YMCA and then creating his own youth programs and camps after college.
