Welcome to Cape Cod Playball. My name is Elizabeth Wilson, former Playball student and now Owner and coach of Cape Cod Playball. I aim to provide a high quality, educational, and fun program. Playball is a highly specialized program, developed and continually updated by sports experts, occupational therapists and educational specialists. We utilize the medium of sports to improve gross motor development, increase concentration skills, build low muscle tone, improve hand-eye / foot-eye coordination, and improve balance. Our program is developmentally age appropriate. The success of this seemingly “sport program” is in actual fact that, through competent sports participation achieved through sound coaching principles, children secure a solid base from which to develop many other and more important aspects of their livesClass sizes are kept small for personal attention, maximal learning and safety. Each class period is about 30 to 40 minutes and includes 3 to 4 sports skills, a fun end of class game and each child receives a cute Sporty stamp to end the day.

I'm now a mom of a 2 year old and living a active, healthy lifestyle. I believe physical activity, team sports, exercise, and physical education can have a very positive impact on children (and adults!). I love being able to create positive and supportive environments that promote, confidence, self-worth, teamwork and learning. With Playball I know each child will leave their session with a smile on their face and improved physical, emotional and social skills. |

Our Camps
Playball holiday camps are the perfect playground for the pint-sized players! They're all about the basics of ball sports – from tennis to volleyball and every bouncy game in between. Designed for the little athletes aged 3 to 7 years, these camps are a home run for fun, age-suitable activities. Keep your eyes peeled for the starting whistle – the camp dates are coming soon!

Parties
Make your child's next birthday bash a hit with Playball! Whether it's at a park, recreation center, or your own backyard, we'll deliver the excitement. Here's what we offer:- A thrilling 60 minutes to 90+minutes of Playball activities and games, coached by our Playball expert.- Full guidance and access to our array of Playball sports gear, including balls, hoops, bean bags, rackets, and plenty more.- A unique birthday gift for the birthday kid.- Cool sporty hand stamps for every child to enjoy!
Schools
School Directors all over the world have implemented the Playball program as part of their school curriculum. They have seen the benefits that Playball has given their children and the value Playball has added to their school.Playball classes are currently being offered as part of the prescribed and approved curriculum in schools in more than 16 countries around the world.
