Here at Playball Reigate and Banstead we believe our action-packed programme of weekly sport and physical activities will inspire and enrich your child. By using a variety of sports as the means, our overall goal Is not only to enhance your child’s physical capabilities, but their social, cognitive and emotional skills too.Our curriculum, aimed at 2 to 10 year olds, has been thoroughly researched and designed by occupational therapists, sports scientists, teachers and parents and is tailor made to cater for children of every ability. The objective being to share our passion for being active and ensure your child enjoys every minute of physical activity.
Playball will help your child to:
- Gain confidence and independence.
- Improve their stability and balance, helping their motor development.
- Learn the importance of forming good relationships and working as part of a team.
- Understand the importance of an active lifestyle.
- Develop resilience, and a positive attitude to both winning and losing.
Our early year’s sports development programme is used in over 3000 schools worldwide with tried and tested methods that have been used for over 30 years. Ben Holgate
Hello everyone, my name is Ben (also known as Holgy). I have a wealth of sporting knowledge and history and love to share my passion for being active. I have been coaching the Playball programme since completing university in 2019 and have directly seen the positive impact our progressive curriculum has upon children of all abilities at foundation phase level. The most impressive aspect for me Is not just how we help to enhance children’s physical capabilities, but their life skills too, making them balanced and informed individuals who will excel in classrooms as well as sporting environments. I sincerely believe that there is no other programme like Playball available today, and am committed to delivering it in its purist form to enrich all who participate. I look forward to seeing you on the court! |

Harry Owens
Hi guys, my name is Harry Owens and I’m very excited to be joining Playball. I am currently studying Sport Science at St Mary’s University in Twickenham. I have always been passionate about sport and played football for many years. I also spent my gap year working as a PE teacher at Reigate St Mary’s and have previously completed my Level 1 coaching badge in football, and so I want to share my knowledge and understanding of a range of sports. I look forward to meeting you all soon! |

Jen Monckton
I joined as a Playball coach in 2019! Having previously worked in sport and having three children of my own, all of whom have completed the Playball programme, I really understand the milestones that each child should be achieving. As well as teaching the full Playball programme from 2 - 10years, I am also manager of our new Fun 2B1 programme. This is a fantastic parent&child class that I adore teaching! Come along and try one of my classes, I promise the children will have so much fun, they don't even realise they are learning! |

Hi everyone, I’m Coach Jake and i've been part of the playball team for over a year now. I love being a member of the playball family and watching all children develop and progress during their playball journey. I come from a passionate sports background have previously played for rugby London Irish Academy. I am now head coach at our Banstead franchise and am passionate about delivering the Playball programme in it's purest form. |

Monique Connor
Hi, I'm coach Monique. I joined Playball in October 2022 and am currently a Purley Playball coach, so you will mostly see me here. However, I help the Playball team from time to time. I have very much enjoyed my time at Playball so far, coaching a range of children from 2 years old to 10 years old. I have also had the pleasure of helping at Playball parties and camps too, having lots of fun! I have previously worked as a secondary school PE teacher and I am a qualified swimming teacher. I have had experience in teaching a range of different ages, skill levels and sports. I love working at Playball as I am able to teach, nurture and build confidence in children in sports, whilst having so much fun! |

Our Camps
Playball holiday camps are tailored to meet the needs of younger children and are based on the fundamental sport skills for tennis, hockey, cricket, golf, football, rugby, basketball, football, volleyball - just about any ball sport you can imagine!The purpose of our Playball holiday camps is to provide high quality, age-appropriate and fun holiday activities for children aged 3-9 years.

Cost: The price of a party is determined by the number of children attending:
- up to 10: £175
- up to 20: £225
- up to 30: £275

Schools
We offer our Playball programme in all schools and nurseries with children up to 10 years. With sessions running in school hours as lunch time clubs or as part of the PE curriculum, we also offer sessions after school hours.
