Hi, I’m Rashmi Bhagat. Born and bred in Bulawayo, and having graduated from Girls College Bulawayo in the year 2011, from a very early age, sport has always been a very dominant part of my life. I have on numerous occasions represented Zimbabwe provincially and nationally in squash and field hockey and the local stadium turf was coincidentally where Playball knocked at my door. With my combined love and passion for sport, working with kids, and qualifications in an International Diploma in Business, I have most definitely found my calling in the Playball franchise and family which I have been actively coaching for and been a part of since 2015 and furthermore have progressed to also managing since 2018. Helping kids unlock their inner hidden little “sportsman/sportswoman” and watching them bloom socially, physically, mentally and emotionally, through sport, structured play and such an incredible prestigious corporation has been beyond rewarding. I absolutely love what I do and waking up every morning to “mentor” children who are always full of contagious enthusiasm and pure innocence to be the best versions of themselves has never been any more exciting. It’s safe to say I love being ON THE BALL.

I was raised in Bulawayo Zimbabwe and finished my schooling here. I have been a part of the Playball family since 2019 and I have loved every minute of this journey. I am a very sporty and outdoor person. I've represented Matabeleland in both swimming and hockey throughout my years. Working with children is a passion of mine and throughout this journey they have taught me things about myself too. Each child is unique and special and I believe we offer the perfect program for children to grow, learn and develop both socially and physically. I'm grateful for this opportunity and everyday is an adventure with our superstars. I look forward to many more years teaching and molding our future generations.

My name is Tana and I have been doing Playball for almost 2 years now. I am loving my journey through this programme that I feel very strongly about. Children are my passion and I strongly believe that no matter where my path takes me in life, I'll always pursue teaching kids, sports and animal welfare. My days consist of Playball all morning, gym and boxing training over my lunch period, karate training and coaching from 3pm up to the evenings. I can proudly say that my passions keep me on my toes and I certainly wouldn't have it any other way! I think it's safe to say, I'm on the ball.

Hi, I'm Stacey Williams and I am a Convent High School leaver of the class of 2005. I represented Matabeleland and Zimbabwe in School Girls Hockey and it was through those years that my passion for sports was nurtured. I am a proud mother of a boy and I am a qualified Montessori Teacher. Now I am happy to be a part of this Playball family which has made an incredible impact on our community and I am thrilled to be a member of a programme that reaches children's needs through sport. I love the outdoors and believe that's where the best experiences come from! My greatest strength is to do anything wholeheartedly and it is with this coupled with an incredible programme that I guide children to explore and recognize their capabilities. I look forward to the beaming smiles from the children we reach each week.

Hi everyone, my name is Courtney McAllister, I am 24 years old and born and raised in Bulawayo. I'm new to Playball, but am ecstatic to learn and teach children basic and advanced skills that involve both their physical and mental abilities. I have always had a passion for sports and fitness activities, I was a Zimbabwean representative for both swimming and field hockey. This allowed me to work with teams, learn self discipline and overall, have fun! I am also a qualified online English teacher that works with children as young as 1 years old. I have a diploma in International Hospitality Management. I look forward to learning and experiencing all Playball has to offer and cannot wait to teach kids all necessities along with having loads of fun.
