Playball gives your child a great head start in life. Playball is a sports and movement programme with a difference, not only do children learn sport, balance, coordination etc but also learn important life skills such as self confidence, persistence, listening skills , sequencing, turn taking, concentration and much more.Playball classes are small and age speciific and are structured, action packed, fun and uplifting. Playball has now come to the Lucan, Leixlip, Maynooth, Celbridge and Kilcock area.Playball was developed in South Africa 30 years ago by sport scientists and child psychologists to meet all of your child's needs. Playball has been in Ireland for the past 15 years and is now in the North Kildare area. We cater for children from the ages of 2-9 years.We at Playball provide your child with a solid base from which to develop every aspect of their lives.Playball is loved by kids, parents and teachers alike.Why not give Playball a go and reap the benefits.

Wendy is an avid Sportsperson who plays hockey,cricket,badminton,tennis and enjoys a little gym work. Wendy is also a qualified Montessori teacher and linguist. |

Trish Cosgrove

Laoise Neuman Jones
Laoise is currently studying psychology at university.Laoise has grown up surrounded by and playing sport. She enjoys playing hockey and cricket. She has a passion for cricket and has a cricket Leinster coaching qualification. Laoise is a young and enthusiastic memeber of our Payball team. |

Kieran OConnor
Kieran is a retired Garda Insepctor who has many years of coaching, soccer and hockey, under his belt. In his younger days he ran 400m in less than 1 minute. Kieran has always enjoyed running and golf and hopes to do more of both now he is working part time. He enjoys supporting his children at their various sporting activities. |

Emily Hevey
Emily is currently studying Sport Science in DCU. Emily has a keen interest in sport and movement. She herself plays GAA for her hometown and also for DCU. Emily is also a Gaelic coach in DCU. Emily has a lot of experience with young children, starting at home with her younger siblings and babysitting other local children over the years. She has a very good understanding of and affinity with young children. They respond very well to her youth and enthusiasm. In her spare time Emily enjoys playing sport, walking and any outdoor activity. |

Deirdre Cox Geraghty
Dee is a retired nurse and a mother of two grown up children, one of whom is an occupational therapist and use to also coach Playball. Dee has a keen interest in physical development and staying fit and healthy. In her spare time she enjoys walks in the country and playing golf. |

Our Camps
Playball holiday camps are tailored to meet the needs of younger children and are based on the fundamental sport skills for tennis, hockey, cricket, golf, football, rugby, basketball, football, volleyball - just about any ball sport you can imagine! There are also many other activities, such as Playball games, archery, triker bikes, water activities, mini olympics, relays, tug of war and much more.You can rest assured they will not be standing around for long and they will be kept busy and active all day, according to their ages and abilities.
The purpose of our Playball holiday camps is to provide high quality, age-appropriate and fun holiday activities for children aged 3-12 years.
All coaches are fully garda vetted and have experience working with children and are fully trained in our specialised Playball coaching techniques.
There is a non refundable fee of €20 per person per booking. No refund if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the camp start date.

Parties
Looking for a fun action packed party without with stress. Let Playball take care of it for you and all you have to do is sit back relax and enjoy while the kids are running around enjoying themselves. Duration 2 hrs (15mins break in the middle for you to give them refreshments and Birthday cake)Cost €170 for up to 20 children (€5 extra per child thereafter).Venue- Ideal place is a Sports Hall (if you need help in sourcing a hall we can assist- usually €40-60 for 2hrs)You supply the kids. We supply the coach,equipment,hall and insurance. Each additional birthday child is €20 on top of base price of 170.
